From the beginning we found Julen to be really warm and helpful, carefully listening to what was important to us and then keeping us updated as prospective properties became available. Then, when a perfect property came on the market he was able to share with us straight away and advise on how to proceed.
Then, both Abbie and Rachael took care of our conveyancing, setting up details, taking us to the notary, and completing all of the small steps of the transaction smoothly so that it felt calm and orderly. We were kept updated along the way and they were able to give us the right details so we knew exactly what we needed to do by when.
They're a warm and friendly team so we never felt as though we couldn't pick up the phone or send a message if we had a question.
