Although we did not purchase our apartment from Casas Connect we used their conveyancing arm - Connect Conveyancing - for everything else to do with our purchase. We have nothing but the highest of praise for them and have no hesitation in recommending their services. From start to finish Jo and Abbie were a combination of total professionalism and a calm, reassuring and friendly presence, both while we were in Spain at the time of offer and then back in the UK as our purchase progressed from a distance. As well as doing all the legal bits relating to the sale/purchase they initiated the set up of our bank account, contacted the utility companies and community's administrator, arranging the necessary accounts and direct debits for each, and organised our Wills. Even the national power outage the day before, and morning of, our completion date did not phase them and our purchase, which we feared would not happen given the circumstances, completed as planned. Since purchasing in April Abbie and Jo have continued to be there to help us with any enquiries we have and are currently working on our behalf to obtain a small works licence from the Ayuntamiento. Our ongoing thanks to both for all their hard work on our behalf.
